• 5.1Bets that have been submitted and confirmed cannot be cancelled unless the Cash Out option is available and the member chooses to use it before the match ends.
• 5.2If a match is postponed and not resumed within 12 hours of the original scheduled time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• 5.3The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate winnings, not the odds at the time of confirmation.
• 5.4For live (in-play) betting, cuci918 reserves the right to reject or suspend bets during technical disruptions or in other situations requiring manual review.
• 5.5Accumulator (parlay) bets are only valid if all selections on the bet slip win. If one selection is voided, that selection's odds will be calculated as 1.00 in the accumulator.
• 5.6cuci918 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly the result of a technical error (palpable error). In such cases, the stake will be fully refunded to the member.
